Beef and Corn Casserole

From the Jean Pare Casserole Cook book

Ground Beef     2LBS

Onion, chopped  1 medium 

Oil ⅓ cup 

Kernel Corn 12 0z can 

Tomato soup 2 x 10 oz

Salt and Pepper 

Ketchup 1 TBSP

Cooked Noodles 2 cups 

Grated Cheddar Cheese 2 cups  

Fry hamburger, onions with the oil. When the meat is brown with no pink remaining drain excess fat. 

In a large bowl combine hamburger mixture with the corn, soup, salt, pepper and ketchup

Prepare noodles according to package, drain and mix with the above 

Pour into a 3.5 L casserole pan and cover with the cheese 

Bake for 45 minutes at 350, remove cover and bake until cheese is bubbly. 

This is a great make ahead casserole.
