Alison has a passion for fostering an environment where all are welcome and she hope you leave feeling the confidence that no matter what you do, you are enough.

marathon called life

The farm can constantly be in motion… How do you balance the sprinting and multitasking, leave the guilt behind and enjoy the Marathon called Life? Alison will help you find your pace, train for life and own your marathon. She will share her experiences and cover topics from mental health awareness, how to give yourself permission to pause, how to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and how to create a support system around yourself. Alison will also give you some helpful tools, leave you feeling uplifted and like you have been sitting at her kitchen table enjoying an afternoon of friendship.  She will show you how to embrace gratitude and remind all women ‘You are Enough.’ 

 
 

Resilient with a plan

Alison is the creator of Navigate 2021, a day/life planner for women that combines scheduling, journaling, record keeping and self-care and more all in one beautifully designed book. She was inspired to create the book to provide women with a tool to help center them and bring calmness and because life balance is a myth. Alison will share concepts from Navigate 2021 to help bring more abundance to your day and week. She will share how a plan helps you be resilient and provide tips on how to navigate your day and week so you feel productive and not run down. She will chat about everything from routines and habits to self-care and journaling. She will tell stories from her experiences and help you find some harmony to start writing our story!
